Holiday lets in San Sebastián: where each apartment is
Every holiday apartment we manage is in San Sebastián (Donostia) or nearby, holds a tourist accommodation licence and is rented by the night. We are not a portal with thousands of listings: we run eight at most, we know each one, and we are the people who look after the guests.

Which area suits you?
If you are here for the beach and for pintxos in the evening, Gros and the centre put everything within walking distance. If you are driving, look at Amara, Herrera and Orio: they come with a parking space, which in San Sebastián is the real problem. If you travel with a pet, Añorga and Herrera take them. And if you are a family or a large group, the four-bedroom ones are Zurriola Beach and the Orio townhouse.

Beyond the Basque Country
Some of the owners we work with also have a house outside the Basque Country and asked us to look after it the same way. There are only a few, and we run them with the same care: cleaning between stays, guest registration, support during the stay and direct booking 5% cheaper than the platforms.
